How long does a typical Digital Maturity Assessment take?

A complete DMA typically takes 6 – 8 weeks. This includes initial goal alignment, data collection, analysis, and the creation of the final report with recom­men­da­tions.

Which companies is the DMA suitable for?

Our DMA is scalable and can be adapted for companies of any size, from SMEs to large corpo­ra­tions. The method­ology remains consistent, but the scope and depth of analysis are tailored to your specific needs. The assessment can be conducted for the entire company or individual depart­ments, business units, or subsidiaries. Additionally, we can focus the DMA on specific areas and adjust the questions and analysis accord­ingly. This enables focused insights and the devel­opment of targeted improvement measures for relevant business areas.

What resources are required from companies?

We need the partic­i­pation of key personnel from various depart­ments for inter­views and workshops. These individuals should be selected to provide a compre­hensive picture of existing marketing and campaign practices, processes and organi­za­tional struc­tures, IT infra­structure, as well as data management and usage. Access to relevant KPIs is also required. An internal project manager as main point of contact is recom­mended.

How are the results presented?

You receive a compre­hensive report containing your current digital maturity, benchmark compar­isons, detailed analyses, and specific recom­men­da­tions for action. Additionally, we present the results in a workshop with stake­holders and address questions.

What happens after the assessment and how often should it be conducted?

After the assessment, we can support you in imple­menting the recom­men­da­tions if needed. We also offer follow-up assess­ments to measure your progress and adjust the strategy. For optimal devel­opment, we recommend repeating the DMA annually or every 18 months. This allows you to system­at­i­cally measure progress and contin­u­ously adapt the strategy to new techno­logical devel­op­ments and market condi­tions.
